SMS Terms

The English version of this document is the official one. Any translation is provided for convenience only.

These terms describe the text messages sent by ClickForge Group LLC ("we", "us") to people who ask us to contact them through www.targetpoint.company.

When we text you

We send text messages only if you gave us your mobile number and ticked the consent box in a form on this site. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying anything from us.

What we send

Messages about the request you made: confirmation that we received it, questions we need answered to prepare your ad review, the result of that review, appointment reminders, and messages about an agreement you signed with us.

How often

Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. In most cases it is a few messages around a single request.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those rates, not us.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from us. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or write to info@targetpoint.company.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell mobile numbers. We do not share mobile numbers or the consent you gave for text messages with third parties for their own marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
