ClickForge Group LLC, doing business as TargetPoint, is registered in the United States at 30 N Gould St #43484, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Legal notices may also be served on our registered agent in the state of registration; the agent's name and address are on the public record of that state.

What this site is

This site describes our advertising services, lets you request a free review of your ad spend, lets you book a call, and lets you start a package. Nothing on this site is an offer of guaranteed results.

What we promise and what we do not

We describe our guarantee on the guarantee page. The exact period, the minimum ad budget and the conditions are written into the agreement you sign. Nothing on this site changes or replaces that agreement. Numbers used in examples on this site are examples, not forecasts for your business.

Ad accounts and budget

We work inside advertising accounts that belong to you. The money you spend on advertising is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms and never passes through us. Our fee is separate and is described in the agreement.

Starting a package

When you start a package we prepare an agreement for you to sign electronically. Payment opens only after the agreement is signed. Prices, payment schedule and cancellation terms are the ones written in that agreement.

Your content and access

If you give us access to accounts, pages or assets, you confirm that you are allowed to do so. You remain the owner of your accounts, your pixels and your data.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, or to collect information about other people.

Content on this site

Texts, design and code of this site belong to us. Names and logos of other companies belong to their owners.

No professional advice

Content on this site is general information about advertising. It is not legal, tax or financial advice.

Limits

We provide this site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Which law applies

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which ClickForge Group LLC is registered, shown in the address above, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
