Where the budget leaks
What usually goes wrong in restaurants campaigns
- 1Paid ads that push orders to a marketplace that keeps the customer.
- 2One radius for the whole city, including areas that never order.
- 3Photos that do not match the menu in the ad.
- 4No campaign for catering, which is the highest ticket the kitchen has.

- Yours. We work inside your Meta and Google accounts, and you keep them if we stop working together.
- What does the free X-ray include?
- A video walkthrough of your current spend and a PDF, within 48 hours. If you are not running ads yet, we model a first campaign for your city, industry and customer languages.
- How fast can we launch?
- First campaign in the language of your customers within 7 days of getting access.
- Is there a contract?
- Month to month. The setup payment is covered by the guarantee on the guarantee page.

120
Weekly regular customers

A growing discount bar kept 28% more customers in month two
Grocery delivery app
+28%
Customers returning in month two
Users placed a first discounted order and deleted the app.
We added a progress bar: next month discount grew with the number of orders this month.
Repeat customers grew 28% in month two and 15% in month three.

Plain founder emails grew email revenue from 4% to 22%
Food delivery service
4% → 22%
Email share of revenue
Lockdown brought a spike in orders, but only 8% of customers came back.
We split customers by how recently, how often and how much they order in Klaviyo, and sent plain-text emails "from the founder" on day 3 after an order, with no design or images.
Email grew from 4% to 22% of revenue. Customer lifetime value grew 1.5 times.
Plain text read like a personal message. During isolation people responded to a human voice, not spam.

Fitness trainers cut cost per customer from $70 to $28
Meal plan delivery
$70 → $28

Cost per customer was high, and lifestyle bloggers brought one-time buyers.
We switched to fitness trainers and paid per customer: a fixed fee plus a bonus for clients who stayed over 2 months.
Customer lifetime value grew 2.4 times compared with blogger traffic. Cost per customer fell from $70 to $28.
Trainers kept their clients eating on plan, which directly grew their own bonus.
Reviews
What clients say
They set up server-side tracking for us. I had no idea why we needed it until Facebook stopped recording purchases after the iOS 14.5 update. The team fixed everything in a couple of days. They really saved our sale season and kept our cost per customer in check.
Marco F., Owner, coffee brand, Naples, Italy, 2021
They saved us during the pandemic. Competition in Google ads went wild and clicks got sky-high. They suggested we focus on a "Bring your neighbor" referral program and built it into the app. Cost per customer dropped 2.5 times.
Thomas, Head of marketing, food delivery, Berlin, Germany, 2020
They do solid work. They got us to a steady return on ad spend of 2.8 on Facebook. Special thanks to our ad specialist Max, who figured out to split the audience into people who buy beans and people looking for capsules. Before, we ran everything in one pile. Everything is transparent in the Looker Studio dashboard.
