Privacy Policy
The English version of this document is the official one. Any translation is provided for convenience only.
This Privacy Policy explains what ClickForge Group LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use www.targetpoint.company, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It is written for visitors in the United States.

What we collect when you fill in a form
Our forms ask for your name, phone number or WhatsApp, email, business name, city, industry, the languages your customers speak, and your monthly ad budget. If you answer the five question check or use the calculator, we also store those answers. Every field is optional except the one we need to reply to you.
What we collect automatically
When you submit a form we store the page you were on, the page you came from, how long you spent on the site, your approximate device type, your browser user agent, and your IP address. We also store the campaign labels of the link that brought you (for example utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid, fbclid), both from your first visit and from the visit where you contacted us. This tells us which advertising works and is kept for up to 90 days in a cookie on your device.
Cookies and similar technologies
Necessary cookies keep the site working: your language, your place in a form, your cookie choice, and basic security. They are always on. Analytics cookies tell us which pages are used and where people get stuck. Marketing cookies measure which advertisement brought you and allow advertising on other sites. Analytics and marketing cookies run only if you allow them. You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal: when your browser sends it, marketing cookies stay off.
Why we use your information
We use it to reply to your request, to prepare the free ad review you asked for, to run and measure advertising campaigns, to prepare and sign an agreement if you decide to work with us, to send service messages about your account, and to keep records the law requires us to keep.
Who we share it with
We share your information with service providers that run parts of this site for us: our customer relationship system, our email provider, our messaging provider, our file storage provider, our booking calendar, our payment provider, our bot protection provider, and the provider of the assistant in the chat window. We share measurement events with advertising platforms, including Meta and Google, so that we can tell which advertisement produced a request. Where those events contain your email or phone number, they are sent only as an irreversible hash, and only if you allowed marketing cookies. We may share your information with companies affiliated with us and with other brands of our group, for the same purposes described here. We do not sell your personal information for money.
How long we keep it
We keep request records for as long as we work with you and for the period our records and tax obligations require afterwards. Campaign labels expire after 90 days. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your rights in California and other states
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. You can opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross context behavioral advertising, which on this site means turning marketing cookies off or sending the Global Privacy Control signal. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, write to info@targetpoint.company. We will verify your request by replying to the contact details we already hold for you.
Calls, texts and email
If you give us your phone number and tick the consent box, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message and email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of email by using the unsubscribe link. See our SMS terms for details.
Security
Access to your information inside our company is limited to the people who need it. Every change made in our admin panel is recorded with the name of the person who made it.
Children
This site is meant for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will say so on the site.
